Given a factual situation, officers will be able to make investigatory stops based upon reasonable suspicion gathered from confidential informants, draft legally sufficient search warrants and comply with both federal and state laws involving the issuance and execution of search warrants for drugs.
Course open to all New Mexico LEOs, public safety professionals and prosecutors. Space is limited, register today.
