Advanced Search & Seizure in New Mexico Drug Investigations Course 

New Mexico Drug Task Force Agents must know and understand both Fourth Amendment and Article II, Section 10 requirements.  Agents typically find themselves in situations implicating both Fourth Amendment and New Mexico rights. This course will teach officers the differences between the Fourth Amendment and New Mexico’s Article II, Section 10 requirements.  Given a factual situation, officers will be able to make investigatory stops based upon reasonable suspicion gathered from confidential informants, draft legally sufficient search warrants and comply with both federal and state laws involving the issuance and execution of search warrants for drugs.

Course open to all New Mexico LEOs, public safety professionals and prosecutors.  Space is limited, register today.
